How to move sequences in Spider Solitaire

Building
Place a card or packed same-suit run on a face-up card exactly one rank higher; an empty column accepts any packed run.
Dealing
The stock deals one new card to each of ten columns. No column may be empty when a new row is dealt.
Clearing
A complete same-suit King-to-Ace run clears automatically. Remove eight runs to win.
