What stays on your device

Supported games use your browser’s localStorage to keep game state, preferences, local records, language choice, and a lightweight guest profile. This information normally stays in that browser and is not a cloud backup.

You can remove local game data through your browser’s site-data controls. Clearing it may remove unfinished games, preferences, and local records, and the data cannot be restored by MirthTable.

Anonymous popularity and product analytics

Anonymous popularity, play analytics, invitation attribution, and client-error reports are disabled unless you select Allow anonymous analytics. If you allow them, the site creates a random anonymous visitor ID in localStorage and sends it with the game identifier to Cloudflare D1.

The same anonymous ID is also used for limited play events such as game open, game start, hint, undo, restart, completion, win, loss, and error. An event may include a random session ID, game difficulty, page language, broad device type, referring page, campaign tags, and a short technical detail. MirthTable’s analytics tables do not store player IP addresses, names, email addresses, payment information, or game-card layouts.

If you create or open an invitation link, the service associates an anonymous invite code with the inviter’s and invited browser’s random visitor IDs. It records the landing path, language, first visit time, and whether the invited visitor starts a game. Invitation records do not include a contact list, message recipient, name, or email address.

The visitor ID is used to count activity from the same browser without creating an account. It is not intended to identify a person. The analytics dashboard is restricted to an authenticated operator and presents aggregate game performance.

Retention and deletion

Raw analytics events and daily anonymous visitor records are retained for up to 90 days. Anonymous popularity visitor records are retained for up to 180 days. Daily aggregate game totals may be retained for up to 24 months. Player feedback records are retained for up to 180 days.

Use the Report an issue form on any game page and choose Privacy or data request, or email privacy@mirthtable.com, to ask about or request deletion of information associated with the anonymous visitor ID on that browser. Do not include payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information.

Cookies, advertising, and payments

MirthTable does not currently require advertising cookies, payment details, or a real-money gambling account to play these games. Blackjack is an entertainment-only, no-stakes game with no deposits, cash prizes, or redeemable currency.

Hosting and network providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, user agent, request time, and security logs, under their own operational and legal requirements.

Changes to this notice

If accounts, cloud saves, advertising, new analytics, or additional vendors are introduced, this notice and the consent choices will be revised before or alongside the new processing.
