MirthTable Terms of Service
Using MirthTable
You may use MirthTable for personal, lawful entertainment. Do not interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site to harm other people.
Entertainment only
All games are for entertainment and practice. Blackjack and every other title use no real-money stakes, deposits, cash prizes, or redeemable currency. Results have no monetary value.
Accounts and local data
No account is required for the current service. Supported progress and preferences may be stored in your browser. You are responsible for your device and browser data; clearing site data may permanently remove local progress.
Availability and changes
Games may be adjusted, paused, or removed to fix defects, protect the service, or improve play. We aim for reliable gameplay but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every generated game can be completed.
Intellectual property
MirthTable’s original code, visual system, brand, text, and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit republishing the service as your own.
Disclaimer and responsibility
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, MirthTable is not responsible for indirect losses, lost local progress, or interruptions outside its reasonable control.
